Our company, CTL Image Enterprises, started out as a printing supply company specializing in toner, ink and ribbon cartridges. CTL is also recognized as one of the leading supplier of Remanufactured Ink, Toner and Ribbon Cartridges here in the Philippines. Our products and services provide our clients savings of up to 70%. Our products promote the reduce, reuse and recycling of various plastic materials that most often go to wastelands and takes thousands of years before it decomposes. We also provide on-site repair and maintenance to aid our client’s technical needs.
To provide our clients with all their office needs, CTL Image Enterprises has expanded its product line and added office machines, office supplies, biometric devices, door access, CCTV, warning/alarm system, software development for HRIS, Time and Attendance and Inventory.

Our History
Our company, CTL Image Enterprises, was established in 1999 by a former General Foreman of Universal Motors Corporation, Mr. Armando Montalban Tortogo. The business came knocking on his door in 1998. He was wavering at that time because he needed to end his current job to pursue this business. Arman did a careful study and research of the potential of this business. That same year, armed with his deep faith in God and the steadfast support and encouragement from his loving wife, Salve, Arman made the final plunge into the exciting world of business.
The business begun as Arman and his Wife, Salve, would roam different business districts to buy and sell cartridges. With hard work and dedication they open their first shop at Buendia Shopping Plaza. It was years of product knowledge and endless training of the proprietor himself that started the growth of the company. Expanding his business, little by little he became known by many big players in the same industry. After years and years of solid experience in the market, CTL have established our client base and has continued meet and exceed their expectations.
CTL is slowly but surely making its mark in the Philippine Market by taking good care of its customers and having new client by word of mouth. And the rest is history!
